Please note that while we will attempt to respond as fast as possible.
We would require admin access to your WordPress install as a minimum. Sometimes we'll need Control Panel access to your hosting.
We track time from the moment we start looking at your request. Upon detailed requests, this might mean that the first half an hour or hour is spent figuring out the requirements.
We therefore ask that you be as detailed as possible within your brief to us.
